It is a project inspired by the avant-garde gastronomic revolution born in El Bulli and led by chefs Ferrán Adrià, Juli Soler and Albert Adrià, whose objective was to create emotions in diners through new concepts, elaborate techniques and new technologies with which they developed their dishes.
Cuisine, like art, is a language through which creativity, harmony, complexity, beauty, magic, provocation, avant-garde, culture can be expressed.
This project does not seek to reach your palate, but to provoke various sensory stimuli in your brain, and even whet your appetite. We have created this four-piece series simulating avant-garde dishes, using elaborate textures and establishing a visual code that stimulates the senses.
