OBSYDIAN

- Obsydian is a surreal piece inspired by the organic architecture of Antoni Gaudí where the human habitat and the natural world harmoniously coexist. The piece is made up of multiple independent modules, generative forms and modernist elements gravitating in space and attached to a central structure that supports mechanical traction efforts in the form of a crown. Behind some of these elements are mathematical definitions and parametric creation algorithms that we have experimented with to create complex and intricate aesthetics. The music that accompanies the piece entitled "Laberia" has been composed and produced by us.
